Before using the map data provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “Data”), please make sure to read the following terms carefully. These terms constitute the conditions of the agreement on the use of the Data between users of this website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and Akita City. You may use the Data only if you agree to all of these terms. Use of the Data indicates your agreement to these terms.
Article 1 (Copyright and License of the Data)
1. The copyright of the Data belongs to Zenrin Co., Ltd. or third parties who have granted rights to Zenrin.
2. Akita City grants Users the following rights to the Data within the scope of private use as defined under the Copyright Act of Japan. Users shall not acquire any rights to the Data other than those expressly granted below:
(i) to view the Data displayed on this website through a web browser; and
(ii) to print the Data displayed on this website on paper.

Article 2 (Compliance Requirements)
Users shall comply with the following:
(i) Unless expressly permitted in the preceding article, Users shall not reproduce, (including printing), copy, extract, process, modify, adapt, transmit, or otherwise use all or part of the Data by any means; and
(ii) Users shall not permit third parties to use any reproductions, printouts, extracts, or other derivative works of all or part of the Data, whether for profit or not, and regardless of method (including transfer, licensing, transmission, or otherwise).

Article 3 (Warranty Disclaimer)
Users acknowledge that Akita City bears no responsibility for replacement, repair, or any other obligations concerning the Data, even if the Data does not meet the user’s intended purposes or requirements, or is not entirely accurate or complete.

Article 4 (Suspension of the Website)
1. Akita City may temporarily suspend all or part of this service during regular maintenance or inspection of the website.
2. Akita City may temporarily suspend all or part of the site's operation without prior notice to Users in any of the following cases:
(i) when emergency maintenance or inspection of this website is required;
(ii) when this website becomes inaccessible due to accidents such as fire or power outage, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, or events such as war, riots, or labor disputes;
(iii) when Akita City determines that temporary suspension of website operation is unavoidable for operational or technical reasons; and/or
(iv) when site operation becomes inaccessible due to system failures or other issues.
3. Akita City may, at its sole discretion, terminate operation of this website.

＜地図＞利用規約
本サイトにより提供される地図データ（以下「データ」という。）のご利用前に、以下の規約を必ずお読み下さい。以下の規約は、本サイトの利用者（以下「利用者」という。）と秋田市とのデータの利用に関する契約の条件となります。本規約全てにご同意いただけた場合のみデータをご利用下さい。データを利用された場合は本規約にご同意いただいたものとします。
第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
２．秋田市は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて
以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1) 本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2) 本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること

第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1) 前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一
部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしな
いこと。
(2) 有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わず、デー

第３条（保　証）
利用者は、データが必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなく、また全てが正確かつ完全ではない場合であっても、秋田市はデータの交換・修補その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。

第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．秋田市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部
を中断することができるものとします。
２．秋田市は次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一
時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1) 本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合
(2) 火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サ
イトの運営が不可能となった場合
(3) 秋田市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると
判断した場合
(4) 本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合
３．秋田市は、自己の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。
